The company was founded in 1993 by Sven Ratzke. What began as a one-person business has developed over the years into a dedicated team supporting our clients. Since 1998, the company has operated as a limited liability company (GmbH). In 2008, we expanded our activities to the Austrian market and now support our clients across Europe. Our core focus is liability risks of all kinds, in particular financial loss liability insurance for managers (D&O), regulated and advisory professions, as well as for our professional peers in the insurance and financial services sector. To this end, we develop concepts that enable us to offer country-specific or company-specific liability solutions whenever standard insurance covers are not suitable. We also design insurance solutions and comprehensive services for the real estate sector and, of course, provide appropriate insurance coverage for our clients in all other areas of private and professional life, including complex commercial and industrial risks. Comprehensive client service naturally includes competent support in the event of a claim — precisely when our clients need us most. Since 2019, we have been part of the Global Group, which is headquartered in Cologne and maintains locations throughout Germany.
