Our firm has been assisting companies with all insurance matters for more than 50 years. Founded by Hans Flemming, the company has been led and successfully developed by Stefan Flemming since 2007. Effective July 1, 2026, our long-standing authorized signatory, Matthias Zitzmann, has taken over as managing director. After many years in a leadership role at Flemming, he now continues to steer the company’s course in his new capacity. Together with our experienced staff – who have been with our company for many years – we remain committed to providing personalized and expert support in all insurance-related matters. Stefan Flemming stepped down from his role as managing director on June 30, 2026, but will remain with our company and continue to actively support our office in the usual manner. Extensive experience in the insurance business, up-to-date industry knowledge, relationships of trust built over many years, and a highly motivated team of experts form the cornerstones of our success. We understand our clients’ needs and challenges inside and out and place the utmost importance on providing prompt and expert support.
