About us

Structure and efficiency do not happen by chance.

They are the result of attitude, experience, and clear decisions. After many years in responsible positions at large insurance companies, we have gained extensive experience in employee management, process design, and customer support. We have consciously used this knowledge to develop and implement our own consulting and support concept. As the founders of Spiegel & Pohlers Versicherungsmakler, we built our company with the aim of redefining brokerage service: moving away from mere product sales to structured solutions, clear processes, and real added value for our customers. Our employees are not "sales instruments" but a central part of our corporate culture. We deliberately work without commission-oriented incentives, as only a respectful, collegial collaboration within the company makes our commitment to our customers credible. Our conviction is not accidental but the result of our own experiences from previous positions in large companies. Every employee is important - as part of a functioning whole. In 2022, we integrated our company into the Global Group. Not out of retreat, but out of conviction. We wanted to grow, further develop systems, and offer our customers additional strength without losing our identity. Today we combine both: The resources and market access of a strong group with the entrepreneurial commitment of the founders. We continue to work as managing directors, advise, design processes, further develop our digital management system, and personally stand for the quality of our work.

In property insurance, we develop coordinated insurance concepts and ensure with our digital management system that insurance management is not something extra - but organized, documented, and controllable.
